| Bio | Kovala finished his senior season with 85 tackles, 3 forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, 5 interceptions, and one 55 yd. interception return for a touchdown. He was a honorable-mention all-conference selection who led Ashland in both interceptions and tackles as a junior. A multi-sport athlete, Kovala was a sectional qualifier in the 100 meter dash, long jump, 4x100 meter relay and 4x200 meter relay as a junior. Kovala reports a 4.5-second 40-yard dash, 4.06-second shuttle, 32-inch vertical jump, 116-inch broad jump, 250-pound bench press, 405-pound squat, 230-pound clean and 585-pound deadlift. |
